Crockpot Million Dollar Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- chopped green onions for garnish, optional
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Pour this mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the mixture in the crockpot.
- In another bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter until well combined. Sprinkle this mixture over the cheese layer in the crockpot.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crockpot and mix everything together. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
