Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • baking sheet
  • parchment paper
  • measuring cups
  • oven

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into individual triangles. If using biscuit dough, flatten each biscuit slightly.
  • Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the filling.
  • Roll the dough over the filling starting from the wide end toward the point. Pinch the edges tightly to seal.
  • Place the filled bombs onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and lightly spray the tops with cooking spray. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow the buffalo chicken bombs to cool slightly before serving. Serve with ranch dressing or extra buffalo sauce if desired.

Notes

Adjust the buffalo sauce amount depending on your spice preference. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. You can also substitute turkey or tofu for the chicken and use pepper jack cheese for extra heat.
