Equipment

  • air fryer
  • shallow bowls Three bowls for flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumb mixture.

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen cheese ravioli (9 oz)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs, Italian-style preferred
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  • Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Allow it to preheat while you prepare the ravioli.
  • In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Beat eggs in a second shallow bowl. Add flour to a third shallow bowl.
  • Dredge each ravioli in the flour, ensuring an even coating. Dip the floured ravioli into the beaten egg. Roll the ravioli in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating.
  • Place coated ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove ravioli from the air fryer and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For extra crunch, add a tablespoon of panko to the breadcrumb mixture. For a spicy kick, add cayenne or red pepper flakes. Try pesto, Alfredo sauce, or ranch as alternative dipping sauces.
