Coffee Brownies
These easy coffee brownies start with your favorite boxed brownie mix, replacing the water with cold coffee and adding instant coffee for an extra boost of rich coffee flavor. Chocolate chips make them even more indulgent.

Ingredients
- 1 box your favorite brownie mix
- eggs called for on the back of the box
- oil called for on the back of the box
- cold coffee, replacing the water called for in the box mix
- 2 tsp.–3 tbsp. instant coffee
- 1/3 c milk
- chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix together the brownie mix, eggs, oil, cold coffee and instant coffee. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Bake as directed on the back of the box.
- Enjoy!
Notes
Use the eggs and oil called for on the brownie mix box. Cold coffee replaces the water specified on the box. Adjust the instant coffee from 2 teaspoons to 3 tablespoons depending on how strong you want the coffee flavor.
