These Cheesy Bacon Cheeseburger Crescent Rolls are filled with seasoned ground beef, crispy bacon, melted cheddar cheese, and classic cheeseburger flavors. Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese freshly shredded recommended
- 1 small onion finely diced
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 egg beaten, for brushing
- sesame seeds or parsley optional, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in ketchup and mustard.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Add a spoonful of beef mixture, bacon, and cheddar cheese to each triangle.
- Roll up the dough, sealing the edges to keep the filling inside.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds or parsley.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Use freshly shredded cheddar cheese for the best melt. Avoid overfilling the crescent rolls to help prevent the filling from leaking during baking.
